Description

In this role, you will process many types of master data (i.e., Customer, Material, Vendor, Pricing) to create new values and update existing entries. You will work with many different business areas, including customer service, logistics, accounts payable,finance etc. You will follow business rules to maintain quality and ensure accurate data at Stoxsee.

Requirements

  • Previous Data Entry work
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Packages and data programs
  • Typing speed and accuracy
  • Attention to detail
  • Confidential
  • Excellent communication skills (English B2/C1 level)

  • Create and manage all aspects of master data for all clients and suppliers
  • Maintain all billing, supplier, collection/delivery account information and tariff information
  • Cleanse current master data
  • Create and maintain charges and tariffs
  • Raise and resolve system issues
  • Suggest, recommend, implement any improvements and participate in system testing
